His strong technical expertise and hands-on approach have enabled the successful execution of numerous high-performance projects across diverse industries.
He specializes in delivering customized engineering solutions tailored to specific customer requirements, ensuring efficiency, precision and reliability in every system developed.

Mr. Rayanagouda S. Malipatil

With 24 years of extensive industrial experience in automotive manufacturing engineering and advanced manufacturing, Mr. Rayanagouda S. Malipatil is a seasoned professional with deep expertise in motor manufacturing and automotive interior trims. His 15.5 years in motor manufacturing and development and 8.5+ years in automotive interior trims, along with progressively senior roles at IAC International Automotive Components, Varroc Engineering, PMP Auto Components and Denso India, have contributed to the successful delivery of numerous high-performance projects.
He specializes in end-to-end project execution, automation and productivity improvement, covering RFQ feasibility, process costing and CAPEX justification, equipment selection, supplier evaluation, layout, installation, validation and run-at-rate. His strengths also include new product development, plant and facility planning, lean manufacturing and line balancing, ensuring efficiency, precision and reliability in every system delivered.
Mr. Rayanagouda S. Malipatil follows a solution-driven, globally benchmarked approach, backed by international exposure through benchmarking, supplier evaluation and equipment buy-offs across Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, China, Bulgaria, Taiwan, Singapore and Japan. He holds a B.E. in Industrial Engineering, a PG Diploma in Business Management (Operations) and a General Management in Business Excellence certificate from IIM Kozhikode. His leadership ensures every project is executed with technical excellence, operational efficiency and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
